Hampton Inn Waterville

We had a good two-night stay in August. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. There were also very tasty blueberry scones. Would come back.

We recently stayed here for my daughter’s mini birthday pool party. The manager Tiffany was EXCEPTIONAL and more than accommodating. Such a pleasure to work with. All of the staff I interacted with (front desk, kitchen, housekeeping) was also so accommodating and pleasant. Our suite, hallways and the pool area were clean and the hotel felt like a quiet safe space. Most definitely will be going back.

I’ve stayed at countless Hilton-brand properties over the years, and this hotel absolutely takes the cake for friendly, polite, and accommodating staff. This is the Hilton experience as it should be. Even the lobby coffee is hot 24/7, and a lot of properties struggle with that. Maybe it’s just that Mainers are very polite people, but everyone here has treated me like an old friend coming home.

I love staying at the Hampton Inn, Waterville. I have family in the area and when I visit, I always stay here. The staff is wonderful, very accommodating and professional, especially Tiffany. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The daily breakfast is delicious and there are many options available. It's also conveniently located. I very much enjoyed my most recent stay at this hotel.

Rooms good, service was great, even after offering a free Continental breakfast, due to a snowstorm and people travelling they offered all guests a bag-lunch and bottled water for a safe drive during a snowstorm knowing some restaurants and services may be closed. They didn't have to do this but did, how wonderful. Location only two stars because Cell signal was horrible.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn by Hilton, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk named Nate. He truly went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. While I have had many great experiences at hotels over the years, my time at the Hilton stands out as one of the best. Nate's outstanding service made a significant difference, and I can't praise him enough. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a remarkable stay.

We’ve stayed at the Waterville Hampton Inn several times, and each visit has been excellent. The front desk staff are always attentive and welcoming, which sets a positive tone for the stay. The location is convenient—just minutes from Colby College and only about a 7‑minute drive to downtown. Breakfast has consistently been fresh and well-prepared, making mornings easy. Overall, a reliable and comfortable choice whenever we’re in the area.
